At Lollyshop, we pride ourselves in
offering the highest quality of merchandise.
Customers have a 14 day grace period
in which the return of any unwanted
merchandise must be received back
to the factory. This 14 day period
begins the day your item is shipped.
All sale and clearance items are FINAL
SALE. Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable. Upon return of the
merchandise, Lollyshop will issue
a refund in the same form of payment
used during the purchase.
Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges
on any undergarments, cosmetics, jewelry,
swimwear, sunglasses or custom ordered
merchandise. Lollyshop will not accept
the return of any shoes packaged using
the original box. All shoe boxes must
be returned in the condition they
were received. Any returned item must
be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original
packaging (if applicable) with tags
attached.
Steps to follow for Returns:
1. Pack your merchandise in appropriate
packaging being sure to include the
original packaging slip (We recommend
making a copy for your records)
2. Make sure your contact information
on the packaging slip is accurate.
If not, please correct.
3. Insure your package for the full
value of the merchandise using the
return service of your choice (Lollyshop
recommends UPS, USPS or FedEx).
4. Check your email. Lollyshop will
notify you via email once your return
has been received.
5. Please allow up to 15 days for
us to credit your card.

Web-Credits:
Web-Credits are issued in the event
of an undeliverable package. Upon
receipt of returned goods (as per
policies above) the customer will
be issued a Web-Credit that can be
used to purchase alternative products
on Lollyshop.com. To use your Web-Credit
please call (760) 434-2474.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are not permitted. Once
an order is placed it must be returned
to Lollyshop as a return. See Returns
(above) for Lollyshop policies.
Partial Shipments:
In the event of out of stock merchandise,
Lollyshop may cancel a portion of,
or your entire order. In most instances
we will contact you via telephone
or email to discuss the order.
Price Adjustments:
We do not offer price adjustments.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product,
please notify us within 3 days of
receiving your order. Lollyshop will
be happy to issue an exchange for
the same item. In the event that item
is out of stock, Lollyshop will then
issue a Web-Credit or full return
in addition to sending a UPS or USPS
call-tag for the merchandise.
